Open the Tagback app, tap the "+" button, choose your tag type (Pet, Person, or Thing), and fill in the details. You can set which information is visible to finders and configure your notification preferences.

After creating a tag, go to the tag detail screen and tap "Download QR". You can print it on adhesive paper, order a durable sticker through our partners, or engrave it on a keychain or tag.

Check that push notifications are enabled for Tagback in your phone settings. Also verify your notification preferences in the app under Profile > Notifications. Make sure you have a valid email and/or phone number configured for alerts.

Yes! Go to your tag in the app, tap "Edit", and adjust the visibility settings for each field. Changes take effect immediately — the next person who scans your tag will see the updated information.

Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently deactivate all your tags and delete your data within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
